Digital Treatment Planning Fee

1. Non-Refundable Fee – The $120 planning fee covers the creation of a customized digital treatment plan by our Specialist Orthodontist, Dr. Seerone. This fee is non-refundable.
2. Payment Timing – The fee is payable when a patient chooses to proceed with digital treatment planning after their complimentary consultation.
3. Inclusions – This fee includes:
- A detailed digital treatment plan designed using advanced orthodontic software by our specialist orthodontist.
- Review of scans, X-rays, and records to ensure the best treatment approach.
- A breakdown of treatment options, duration, and costs specific to the patient.
4. Exclusions – This fee does not cover the cost of orthodontic appliances, treatment commencement, or any additional diagnostic procedures required by external providers.
5. Plan Validity – The treatment plan remains valid for 6 months from the date of creation. After this period, a reassessment may be required.
6. Adjustments – If treatment requirements change significantly, a new planning fee may be required for adjustments or modifications.
7. Booking Confirmation – Payment of the planning fee confirms the next step in the patient’s orthodontic journey but does not obligate them to start treatment.
