Starting orthodontic treatment is a big decision, so it’s natural to want to know more about the process. We want you to feel completely confident every step of the way through treatment at Evolve Orthodontics - and that starts with your free consultation.

What will happen at my free consultation?

Every treatment at our practice starts with a free consultation. This can take place at either our Albury or Wangaratta clinics. When you show up at our practice, our friendly team will make you feel at home straight away.

Once you're settled in, our Dental Practitioner Dr Kaur, alongside our Treatment Coordinator, will examine your smile and take photos and x-rays as needed to determine what treatment you could benefit from most. These records will help us create your custom treatment plan.

Dr Seerone will then design a 100% custom treatment programme for you to help you achieve your smile goals. Even after this treatment plan is created, there is never any pressure to proceed with treatment. If you are excited to begin, however, we can get you signed up for fitting!

What will happen at my free consultation?

What does a fitting appointment entail?

A fitting appointment is when we present you with your custom Invisalign® clear aligners, or your braces are fixed to your teeth. During this appointment we will talk with you about how to properly care for your teeth and appliance during your treatment.

You may experience a bit of soreness after fitting as your mouth adjusts to your new appliance. You can treat this with over-the-counter pain relief or dental wax as needed, but any discomfort should disappear within a few days.

How often will I visit the practice during treatment?

Thanks to Dental Monitoring, you won’t need to come in for regular appointments. We’ll only need to see you if we adjust your treatment plan! Even though you’ll see less of us, you'll be able to contact us any time you want through the app.
